By registering, calling, creating a profile, or using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

Eligibility

The Service is strictly for adults who are at least 18 years old. By using LavaLatino, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are 18 years of age or older
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement
  • All information you provide is truthful and accurate

We reserve the right to request age verification at any time and to terminate accounts that violate this requirement.

Description of Service

LavaLatino provides a phone-based platform where Latino men and women can connect through live voice conversations, voicemail messaging, and profile recordings.

  • Women may use the Service free of charge
  • Men may receive a 30-minute free trial where available
  • Additional minutes may be purchased through prepaid packages or approved payment methods
  • Time usage is deducted on a per-minute basis

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time without notice.

Account Registration and Security

When you register, you will receive a membership number and create a passcode. You are solely responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activity conducted through your account
  • Keeping your account information accurate and up to date

Accounts may not be shared, sold, transferred, or assigned. Only one account per person is permitted.

Acceptable Use

By using LavaLatino, you agree that you will NOT:

  • Impersonate another person
  • Harass, threaten, intimidate, or exploit other members
  • Post or transmit defamatory, abusive, obscene, racist, illegal, or offensive content
  • Solicit money, advertise products, or promote external services
  • Share personal contact information for commercial purposes
  • Attempt to bypass payment systems or misuse free trial minutes

We reserve the right to monitor activity and remove content or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Member Interactions

LavaLatino is a communication platform only. We do not conduct background checks, guarantee the accuracy of member profiles, or endorse statements made by members. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.

Payments, Fees, and Trial Terms

Men may receive a one-time 30-minute free trial. Paid packages are billed at posted rates, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable except where required by law. Unused minutes may be forfeited after extended inactivity or account termination.

Termination

Either you or LavaLatino may terminate your access at any time. We may suspend or permanently terminate accounts without notice for violations of this Agreement, fraudulent behavior, or misuse of promotional offers.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, service marks, logos, audio systems, and platform technology are the property of LavaLatino. By submitting content including voice recordings, you grant LavaLatino a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with operating and promoting the Service.

Privacy

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable laws. Information voluntarily shared with other members is done at your own risk.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. LavaLatino makes no warranties, express or implied, including uninterrupted service, accuracy of content, or suitability for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LavaLatino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the thirty days prior to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LavaLatino and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of this Agreement, or your interactions with other members.

Arbitration and Governing Law

Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable state laws. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state in which LavaLatino operates.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and LavaLatino regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
